The mission of Gallery 210 is to enhance to the cultural climate of the campus and communities adjacent UMSL, serve as a cultural resource to the university’s diverse constituencies, deepen the educational experience of our students, and serve the university‘s teaching and outreach mandate.

Since its founding in 1976 Gallery 210 has become a leader in the organization and presentation of contemporary art in St. Louis and a byword for the best, most challenging, and most progressive shows exhibited in a nonprofit format. All artistic media,from prints and painting to photography, installation, sculpture, mixed media, video, and performance art have been presented at 210.
